HOTEL GRAN REY, as responsible for the Website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and by Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), hereby informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the entered data.

Purpose of processing

 Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

In accordance with the LSSICE, HOTEL GRAN REY does not engage in SPAM practices; therefore, it does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorised by the User. Data retention

(hereinafter, Noray Software) with Tax ID (CIF) A-38022109 and registered office at Calle Ruiz de Alda, Number 12, 3º-A, 35007, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. The processing of data by said entity is regulated by a data processor contract between the provider and said company. Under no circumstances shall this data processor subcontract services involving any processing of data by third parties without our prior consent.

The data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period, and if you wish to continue participating in the Controller's selection processes, please send us your curriculum vitae again.

The data may be processed and/or communicated to the member companies of our group during the retention period of your curriculum vitae and for the same purposes previously reported.

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE BLOG

In the event that the user subscribes to the blog, we inform you that the data provided will be processed to manage your subscription to the informative blog with update notices, and that they will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the processing.
