How to get to Hotel Gran Rey?
Several shipping companies connect the Puerto de Los Cristianos (Tenerife South) with San Sebastián de La Gomera daily and, on certain schedules, directly with the port of Valle Gran Rey. The crossing offers spectacular views of Mount Teide and, with a bit of luck, you might spot whales or dolphins along the way.
Once you disembark in the island's capital, San Sebastián de La Gomera, the hotel is about 50 km away. You can reach us by rental car, taxi or the regular bus service (guaguas). The road crosses the heart of the island, offering unique laurisilva landscapes.
If your ferry calls at the Port of Vueltas, you will find yourself just a few minutes away from us. You can get here by taking a pleasant stroll along the Avenida Marítima or via a short taxi ride.
To discover the most hidden corners of La Gomera, we recommend renting a vehicle. Although there is a bus network, having your own car will give you the necessary freedom to explore the viewpoints and trails at your own pace.
